At our Representative Assembly on April 7, we told KNEA delegates that we had two major items of business to accomplish under the dome. One, to see through the bi-partisan school funding compromise that fully funds special education. Two, to secure and sustain a Governor Kelly veto on the dangerous and harmful anti-gender affirming care bill.
We can happily say that, with your help, we accomplished both.
